What this website handles
This website does not currently operate advertising trackers or an active contact-message system. Standard hosting logs may record technical information such as an internet address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. Those records are used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
Newsletter signups
Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Buttondown. When you subscribe, the information you provide is sent to Buttondown and is governed by its privacy practices. Confirmation and unsubscribe controls are provided through that service.
Contact messages
The contact form is not active yet. Before it opens, messages will be screened and routed through protected server-side systems. Technical and security information associated with a submission may be retained to prevent abuse, investigate suspected misuse, and meet legal or compliance needs. Artificial intelligence may classify or summarize a message, but it will not reply on Erika’s behalf.
Outside services
Links to Amazon, AllPoetry, Buttondown, Discord, and Talkadot take you to services with their own privacy practices. Amazon purchase links may be affiliate links, as identified near those links.
Retention and access
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

This notice will be revised as contact, commerce, analytics, or other features are activated.
